Certificate of Entitlement

Verification of Eligibility/

  • If a child is born in Mainland China but has right of abode in HK, they may need a Verification of Eligibility for a re-entry permit.

  • If a child is born overseas to HK permanent residents, they may need a Certificste of Entitlement to claim ROA and get an HKID.
