Second Generation of Chinese
Hong Kong Permanent Residents

Purpose: Encourages descendants of emigrated Hong Kong permanent residents to return.
Requirements:

Aged 18–40, born overseas to at least one Chinese-national parent with HK permanent residency.

Proficiency in English or Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
